Responsibilities
would be key member of the BW Support team – handling various BW-Technical role
right candidate will posses extremely good BW-Technical skills
right candidate would have handled complex BW-landscape at a large client
Exposure to ITIL/ service-delivery orientation
overall experience of at least 6 years, including good quality BW experience of at least 5 years opportunity to work with international clients of repute
Short term travel to NL for 3 months for knowledge transition purpose, later role based out of Bangalore
Good at understanding BW data flow and design, and ability to do trouble-shooting independently
the right candidate will have functional knowledge of FICO, PP, MM, SD, PM (one or more of these), besides being adept at BW-Technical
would be handling the business process analytics, and should posses good techno-functional knowledge
would be responsible for SLAs tracked Ticket handling
Good communication skills is a must, and good team player the suitable candidate will also be knowledgeable and be responsible for QA activities and process within the delivery
