Skill & Job Requirements: As a SAP HR Consultant-L2 at Wipro you are required to have below skills Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly. Ability to frame the right set of questions for a single process track. Assist in creating solution proposals, rough effort estimates., detailed solution documentation, presentation and in implementation. Able to guide a team , preparation of design documents, gathering business requirements, knowledge of the quality processes and also guide the team in using the various quality tools. ? Should have at least 2 - 4 yrs years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 1 - 3 years of domain experience Module specific Proficiency: ? Must have good SAP application specific knowledge of the HR processes: o Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, Travel Management and Benefits Management o Personnel Development, Training & Event Management, Compensation Management and Recruitment o Integration with other SAP modules ? Must have basic knowledge of the SAP application specific HR processes: ESS&MSS, E-Recruitment, Enterprise Compensation Management and Learning Solution o Payroll Accounting.
