The Information Worker group focuses on providing a common, generic, and extensible platform that helps application developers and independent software vendors provide information workers with smooth, reliable, stable, flexible, and functional interaction with SAP software and extend functionality according to the demands of a business.
The group owns overall responsibility, including architecture, design, and development.
Goals and Objectives
Work as part of the development team and as a fully contributing team member committed to quality. Be a goal-oriented, self–motivated, and proactive team player and mentor with good technical, functional, problem solving, and communication skills coupled with a willingness to take the initiative and apply the knowledge gained toward effective accomplishment of project goals.
Responsibilities
•Analyze requirements and participate in the design, development, and testing of the product architecture of complex project modules consisting of the following:
Remote function call (RFC) and BAPI®
Dictionary objects
ABAP classes and Web services
• Work on complex problems through extensive usage of standard concepts and principles
• Contribute fully to the team with independent planning and execution responsibilities
• Continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical and proprietary skills to reach higher levels of expertise while adapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day-to-day work
• Respond to detailed queries
• Apply judgment independently to determine a course of action, which is then executed independently after a review
Requirements
Skills:
•Strong expertise in ABAP programming, especially with ABAP Objects, RFCs, BAPIs, and report programming with and without the list viewer (ALV)
• Expertise in data dictionary and screen programming
• Knowledge of transport management
• Knowledge of enhancement concepts in ABAP – business add-ins, enhancement framework, and so on
• Knowledge of the SAP Business Workflow tool, the SAP NetWeaver® Business Warehouse component, and the Web Dynpro Development environment
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in the IT industry
NOTE : we are looking at only candidates with more 70% in 10th/+2/+ BE
