Candidate Checklist: Mandatory Documents required at the time of Interview
•2 copies of your resume along with the printout of the confirmation mail received on uploading your resume in https://careers.cognizant.com
•Current Employee ID card and Photocopy of the same
•Last 3 month's pay slip and recent Appraisal letter from current employer
•In case of less than 3 months experience with your current employer we will need the appointment letter of the current employer.
•Copy of all Relieving & service certificates of the previous employer
•Proof of Residence in your current location
•Photocopy of your Passport or any Govt ID proof with photograph
•6 passport size photographs – taken recently
•Copy of all education certificates - 10th / 12th / Diploma / Under Graduation & Post Graduation Certificates & Consolidated Mark Sheet (in case no consolidated mark sheet is available we need all mark sheets)
