1)Establish Basis processes for project team
2) Lead and mentor 20 + strong Basis team
3) Be a Basis solution expert
4) Facilitate integration across teams
1)Must have SAP Support and Implementation experience in area of SAP BASIS
2)Must have experience of being Lead in at least 2 projects.
3) Resource should have a good experience in R/3 -Tuning /Performance;
4)Expertise in Oracle / DB2, Design client instance strategy
5) Role requires industry exposure, technical orientation, process knowledge, implementation and client handling, communication skills
6) Expertise in at least 2 of the below
a) ECC / EP/ BI / PI / SM
b)Expected to Work in 24x7 Environment
c) Expertise in Technical Domain / Establish Process
