Requirement : Sr. & Jr SAP Security Consultant
Tot Exp: 3 to 15 Yrs
Work Location :Bangalore (Expected to travel few trips abroad & Within India)
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
3 to 5 years+ of SAP user administration, security experience as consultant with multiple completed projects in Global environment.
Hands on experience in SAP security, SoD tools, Authorization management, User administration in the areas of design, implementation and sustenance / maintenance across multiple environments with a large group of end users
Experience in coordination and managing junior group of sub-contactors enabling seamless delivery of system support work
Exposure to big global SAP projects in senior position with teams spread throughout the globe and in-site / off-shore organization
Operational business experience (or good awareness)
Responsibilities:
Provide the SAP security support and manage SAP authorizations and central user administration.
1.Governance of authorization support processes.
2.Accountable for security issue and problems solving.
3.Good production support experience. SAP security. SAP User & role/profile management.
4.Experience in new SAP product, XI, Portal, BW, APO security.
5.Track and manage the junior staff (CUA work)
6.Good skllis on Microsoft product like Excel, Word etc.
7.Good communication and follow up skills with user community across the globe.
8.Should be able to work in Shift (24x7) independtly, odd hour's and Holidays (incase of requirement).
9.Participate in all relevant meetings.
10.Perform réguler security vigilance.
11.Controls on application of SoD matrix and use of Sensitive transactions list
12.Coordinate and manage a team of junior security administrators.
13.Monitoring incident and problem Queues, allocating work and seeing it through completion
14.Manage team to meet global support SLAs specified.
15.Weekly, monthly security reports preparation.
Key performance areas:
Coordinate with multiple vendors managing multiple data centres in resolving support related matters.
Should be able to coordinate global requirements and service SLAs for central user access request management
Ensuring continuity of SAP CUA support and continuous improvement.
Good understanding of SAP Environment security concept and management.
Team working (interaction with lots of different teams â€" Regional data centres , Local support, …)
Customer centric and capacity to deliver high level of service
Accountabilities:
Required to comply with the regulatory regime in which the organization operates as appropriate to the above role
