Essential Skills: - SAP Security

Skill Sets:

• Experience in Security of ABAP, ECC 6.0, BI 7.0, APO, Solution Manager 4.0. (ECC is Must. One of BI/APO/SOLMAN is required.)
• Good understanding of the technical aspects of SAP security and SAP security best practices
• Supports Business and SAP control and security analysis and administration
• Maintenance (creation, change, support, and decommissioning and/or removal) of SAP security related activity groups, profiles/authorizations, and users.
• Monitor security within SAP application environments on a daily basis.
• Experience in creating appropriate compensating controls
• Provide a secure and auditable environment for each SAP system and client.
• Facilitate periodic reviews of SAP access.
• Apply technical design, configuration, development, testing, documentation and architecture
• Participates in SAP SOX/SOD configuration testing and audit(internal and external) related preparation and testing.
• Proactively engages in automating and streamlining of security and control processes for the company(client)
• Responsible for development, testing and implementation of security roles for SAP systems
• Knowledge of SAP security architecture and design. ability to design and implement security, and document thoroughly.
• Assist with maintaining appropriate security when internal and external systems are integrated with SAP.
• Produce SAP security ad hoc reports as required
• Experience working with SAP project teams and business users on task and field level security controls
• Forecast and analyze system/integration defects and production requests/issues.
• Know how of the SOX and GXP (validated environments) processes and controls in the area of logical access
• Knowledge in creating Security Strategy, firefighter configuration and implementation
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery from SAP security perspective.
