Job Description:
• Installing, upgrading and configuring SAP systems.
• Experience in tools like eRoom, Documentum, DHCP, Ariba, Domino.
• Client copies and System refreshes.
• Daily monitoring and maintenance of SAP systems.
• Database monitoring and maintenance.
• Basic UNIX and WINDOWS monitoring and maintenance.
• Performance tuning for the SAP systems.
• Transport management.
• Creation and maintenance of Background Jobs.
• Escalating issues to SAP through SAP Market Place.
• Implementation of SAP Notes.
• Support pack upgrades.
• Maintenance of Printer, Email and Fax connections.
• Supporting interfaces like Datapass, Vertex.
• Responding and Resolving tickets as per SLAs.
