• Simulate the SAP Problem reported by user
• Discuss possible solution with Finance Users
• Create the Functional Specs, Technical Specs
• Configuration of SAP as per Functional and Technical Specifications
• Develop Business Process Procedure, Create Unit test scripts - Convey the Configuration and Fix to the Finance users
• Work on proactively training Finance Users and providing Knowledge on SAP to Finance users
