SAP ABAP/ABAP Sr
Mandatory:
- 4 -7 Yrs plus ABAP experience
- At least one R/3 Implementation experience, Experience in leading a team for Sr Abap consultant is required
- Should have worked on (at least 4 of the below):
o Enhancements/ User exits
o Idoc based Interfaces
o Reports/ ALV
o Forms
o LSMW based Conversions
- Software development process knowledge (basic)
- Overview functional knowledge of R/3 (not very detailed)
Desirable/ additional advantage:
o Experience with new dimension products such as BW, XI, CRM, APO etc.
o Experience with any middleware tool such as Business Connector
o Prior experience in Application development with any RDBMS tool.
Qualification:
BE/BTech/MBA from reputed Universities
International experience would be an added advantage.
- 5 Yrs plus ABAP experience
- At least one R/3 Implementation experience
- International Experience would be an added advantage
Responsibilities include:
- Project analysis, definition, and planning
- Requirements gathering and definition together with various business stakeholders
- Definition of innovative technical solutions to meet business process requirements by analysis, design, and development of technical areas of SAP
- Implementation support for projects
- Sustainment support
Position Requirements:
- Experience in multiple full life cycle implementations
- Demonstrated ability to provide expert technical direction to team members
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP areas including IDOCS, Workflow, BAPIs, SAP data structures
- Strong customer focus and partnership abilities
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional, highly matrixed organization, including leveraging corporate and third-party resources
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years experience in ABAP programming and excellent technical skills
- 5+ years experience with SAP
Additional Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of 2-3 functional modules and integration with others.
- Demonstrated ability/experience in implementation of major systems applications at a global enterprise
