1) 4+ Years to 7 Years of Experience on SAP - ABAP. 
2) Good understanding on SD, MM, FICO / Process Integration (PI) / Project Systems (PS) Modules .
3) Must have experience in ABAP Objects, IDOCS, LSMW & ALV Transactions.
4) Strong working knowledge on Reports, Interfaces, Smartforms, Adobe Forms and Workflow . 
5) SAP ABAP certifications (OPTIONAL)
6) Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must.
7) Very good communication skills.
