Job Description	WE ARE LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONALS WHO CAN JOIN US IMMEDIATELY.   We are conducting a WALKIN on FRIDAY, 1st June, 2012 & SATURDAY, 2nd June, 2012  at  PUNE.   Details of the WALKIN.   DATE  -  FRIDAY, 1st June, 2012 & SATURDAY, 2nd June, 2012   TIME -  9.30 am to 4.00 PM   VENUE: Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre Senapati Bapat Road, Pune.   Contact Person -  Harshad Sabne   Key Accountabilities   • Provide Operational Excellence in the area of Redwood: Job scheduling, Modifying, Monitoring and alert reporting. • Ensure effective Error Trend Analysis and Problem Management • Technical and operational expertise for Major Incident Management and ensure timely resolution • Ensure SAP functional best practices are adhered to during Incident and Problem investigation and resolution • Provide technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident & problem resolutions when alternative solutions are available. • Provide capability to perform incident & problem management resolution activities as appropriate in exceptional circumstances. • Assess and improve Operational Procedures (including Housekeeping activities) • Perform interface health audits & report improvements to appropriate support groups and or right stakeholders. • Perform effective Weekly Operational Review. Manage assessment and improvement of Operational Procedures (including Housekeeping activities) • Manage system health audits to validate system status & report to Redwood Lead • Ensure effective Weekly Operational Review with the Team
Desired Profile	Personal Specifications:   • 3 to 8 years of Proven Redwood operational expertise  • Proven operational experience with SAP Net weaver • Good knowledge and experience in core SAP Basis Administration activities • Operational Experience in ALL below areas: o Monitoring Redwood jobs o Housekeeping in Redwood o Scheduling / Re-scheduling / Cancellation and Modifying jobs o Creating Informatica based jobs o Working in events and triggers o Working on BI process chains o Redwood COS knowledge o User Access Management • Experience in installation and upgrade of Redwood • System refresh experience with error free pre & post steps • Good people manager skills • Must hold capability in project management skills • Strong Communication & Facilitation skills • ITIL Knowledge and Experience (preferred V.3
