They basically look for a candidate with about 4.5 to 10 yrs in Sr. Consultant / Team Lead.

Job Title: SAP BI Basis
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent communications skills; the ability to convey ideas in written form and the capability to share these ideas verbally in a clear concise manner
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager 3.0 and higher.
• Experience in applying OSS Notes.
• Provide Oracle DBA and limited Solaris OS support as it relates to the BW application
• Provide proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of the BW solutions
• Develop and maintain appropriate documentation for system activities and ensure change control is followed as necessary
• Coordinate and participate in support pack application/kernel upgrade and version upgrade projects
• Perform monthly system refreshes
• Provide detailed capacity plans and ensure appropriate disk procurement
NICE TO HAVE REQUIREMENTS
• Understanding of SOX requirements, Six Sigma.
• SAP XI Administration
• SAP BASIS experience
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Five or more years of experience working with SAP BASIS/Oracle DBA in which 3+ years Business Intelligence/Business Warehouse BASIS.
