Purpose and objective of the job
Help SAP customers to easily consume the SAP Business Suite. Your focus will be:
'- Take over responsibility for product standard compliance of the SAP Business Suite, focus on Globalization and Accessibility
- Codify the solution structure of the SAP Business Suite: Manage the repository of scenarios and processes that the SAP Business Suite is made up of, manage the according database of Business Functions and the relationship between scenarios / processes and technical components
- Strengthen the traceability of customer requirements from portfolio management and product definition through the release cycle until actual product delivery.
Experience : 7 - 13 Yrs
Skill :
* Drive Product Standards: Globalization, Accessibility*
Know product standards processes around SAP Business Suite
Develop (MS Office based) check reports and executing them on a regular basis
Acting as a consultant for questions related to product standards
* Manage SAP Business Suite product structure*
Establish a suite-wide repository of Business Scenarios and Business Functions
Understand and support the process of maintaining the product / scenario component list for the SAP Business Suite
Accompany the validation of the Business Suite Scenarios
* Support Product Definition *:
Support the product definition process and capacity balancing of Solution Management resources
Drive the process of requirements engineering, including a scope change management, tracking of customer commitments, and management of limitations and back log items
The success of this role is dependent on your ability to be a good team player and build relationships both within SAP and outside SAP. This role will be critical to the success of this SAPGRC initiative. Experience in working with virtual teams is required in order to integrate well with other organizations and ongoing projects/products.
